To Qualify as an REAL ESTATE AGENT you must:

Be Licensed,
No Experience Necessary - you learn as you do,
Be Honesty and Trustworthy with Tasks,
Be polite to your Co-Workers and others in a Transaction,
Pass a Background Investigation.
(Having a criminal background will not exclude you, but honesty is the best policy).

REAL ESTATE AGENTS Commission Splits:

75-85% Commission (for Licensed Agents) depending on experience,
$595.00 for Transaction Coordinating Fee.
$1,000.00 for Real Estate Transactions, and
Fees are put into the Contract to be Charged Separate from your Commission.
