Our plan is to sell your home using techniques and strategies that your last agent/broker may not have used. According to a recent survey nearly 72% of homesellers were dissatisfied with the performance of their agent, even if that agent had sold their property.
Note: This program is best used for a homeowner/seller who:
1. Can provide a 'listing contract' from a 'listing agent/broker' that has been signed within the past six (6) months.
2. The 'listing contract' must be expired and past the thirty (30) day allowable clause.
3. Agrees to sell at a pre-written price and within a prearranged time period, standing from any buyer who is ready, willing and able to purchase.
4. May be willing to do some maintenance and repairs to sell their home, if required.
Note: homeowner/seller must enter our agreement in good faith. In case of cancellation, will be prohibited from selling to any of the agents/brokers leads without penalty attached. (This offer is only for those sellers who have good intentions and want to sell, but are apprehensive about using an agents services in a long-term contract, b
This offer is only valid when homeowner/seller has previously listed their home with a agent/broker without a successful sale or tried to sell their home themselves without any luck.
'If you are not completely 100% satisfied with our services you may cancel our service at anytime when we receive written notice from all sellers who have signed an agreement with us.
The agents intention is to sell the sellers home within the term provided by using their advertising and marketing funds to complete the process of selling the sellers home, if the home does not sell the sellers are free to cancel.
Sellers are prohibited from:
Canceling our listing agreement with us to sell their home to a buyer within 10% of what sellers listing price is with us.
Canceling our listing agreement and selling their home to a buyer that came from our advertising during the time we listed their home and/or within one month to any buyer who has seen the home through our advertising. (Although they are free to sell to any other buyer who does not come from our advertising, provided that sellers have canceled our agreement first).
These conditions will prove that the agent and seller will continue to have good faith towards each other and work to accomplish the goal of selling the sellers home without mistreating devices being present.
